1. Are AEKONIK PH oils 100% natural?

Yes. All our oils are 100% pure and natural, free from harmful chemicals, artificial fragrances, and synthetic additives. We carefully source and process our oils to maintain their natural benefits.


2. Which oil is best for my skin type?

  • Jojoba Oil: Great for all skin types, especially sensitive or acne-prone skin. Helps balance oil production and deeply moisturizes without clogging pores.

  • Batana Oil: Ideal for hair and scalp health, promotes growth, and restores shine. Also beneficial for dry or aging skin.


3. Can I use your oils on my hair and skin?

Yes! Our oils are versatile and safe for both skin and hair. Many customers use them as daily moisturizers, hair treatments, or even makeup removers.


4. Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Absolutely. Our oils are non-toxic, hypoallergenic, and gentle enough for sensitive skin. However, we always recommend doing a patch test before first use.


5. Are AEKONIK PH oils cruelty-free?

Yes. We never test on animals. Our products are ethically sourced and cruelty-free.


6. How do I apply the oils?

  • For Skin: Apply 2–3 drops to clean skin and gently massage until absorbed.

  • For Hair: Massage a few drops into the scalp or use as a leave-in treatment on the ends of your hair.


7. Do your oils have a strong scent?

Our oils have a light, natural scent that comes directly from the plant source. We do not add artificial perfumes or fragrances.


8. How long does one bottle last?

With regular use, a 30ml bottle can last 1–2 months, depending on how much you apply. A little goes a long way!


9. Where do you ship to?

We currently ship nationwide across the Philippines. For international orders, please contact us directly for availability and shipping rates.


10. How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.


11. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for selected areas.


12. Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
